2. Create an ID, a password, an email and a nickname, then tap the Sign up.
3. Log-in on GLUCK.

2. Enter your Google email address and password.

4. Check your email inbox and you can reset your password using a temporary password that we’ve sent you.

You can delete your GLUCK account at any time.

First, please check the policy to see if the booking can be modified.
1. Go to the ‘Bookings’ page.
2. Find the booking you want to modify and tap the ‘Change Booking’.
3. Once the changes are confirmed, you will receive an updated voucher.

It usually takes between 3~14 working days for the refund to be issued to your account, depend on your chosen payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please get in touch with customer support and we will help you check on the status of your refund.
If the supplier cancels the activity, the booking will be canceled and refunded.
If you have cancelled a booking which was booked using points, the points will be reinstated to your account. However, it will be applied depending on the reason for cancellation.
GLUCK's uses secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
If you choose to save your card information, your credit card details will be tokenized, encrypted, and stored securely by the third-party gateway, and will be submitted directly to your bank for authorization.
GLUCK does not charge any additional handling fees for booking, but some banks may charge international transaction fees if you are not paying in the local currency of your payment card. Please check with your bank before making a booking.

2. Find the booking you want the receipt and tap the ‘Receipt’
GLUCK points in your account are valid for 12 months from the date of your most recent booking on GLUCK or from the date in which you earned the points.
For example, if you have 100 points and you made your last booking on January 1, 2023, your 100 points will expire on December 31, 2023.

When you’ve completed the payment you’ve booked on GLUCK, you will get 2% of your booking value back as points. It can be used from 1000 points or more, and can be used from the following your bookings on GLUCK.
